This blog is a place for women of all ages to contribute their thoughts and stories about their careers – the obstacles they encountered just because they were women, the triumphs they experienced, and the lessons learned.  This is not a place for “male bashing”, but an intelligent forum for women to share their experiences.  I will  illustrate some of the thoughts and stories, post them on the blog, and will use the information gained to work towards true equality for women in the workplace!
